Government Relations

The office of government relations is Northern Illinois University’s primary liaison with the state and federal governments. Through the Office of the President, government relations establishes the policy and legislative priorities for the university and represents NIU students, faculty and staff in Washington, D.C. and Springfield with offices in both locations.
