Course Description
This program will explore, assess and define the critical leadership and management skills required to advance your organization and your HR career.  Effective managers and leaders establish leadership credibility in the organization by understanding how they contribute to and support the organization's mission, values, strategic goals and objectives, help guide and lead the change process and evaluate HR's contributions to the organization's success. 

Participants in this program will:

  • Assess personal leadership/management skills
  • Define critical thinking skills of successful leaders and managers and assess how those skills contribute to the organization's success
  • Assess leadership strengths, weaknesses, voids in their respective organizations and how those characteristics contribute to their organization's success or demise
  • Identify strategies and learn communication skills to better influence decision makers and get buy in from employees and teams of employees
  • Evaluate personal goals, motivations and self assess individual performance to identify strengths and barriers to career advancement

Course Description
This interactive workshop will help human resource (HR) managers link their organization’s human capital investments with valued business outcomes such as customer loyalty and profitability.
