This interactive workshop examines how strategy-based performance management systems benefit organizations by aligning individual employee performace efforts with the organization's vision, mission, strategic initiatives and goals. 

In this workshop you will:

  • Examine the value of performance management, what it is and isn't, its relation to Talent Management and the three fairness principles that form the foundation for all effective performance management systems
  • Build a business case for a performance management system in your organization (or a business case for a new system) and examine five methods for collecting data
  • Use various tools and methods to design and implement a performance management system in your organization and minimize resistance to change
  • Examine the role training plays in successfully implementing a new performace management system, the elements that form the basis of effective training and how to use various training tools
