Illinois Appellate Court, Second District, will convene at NIU College of Law

DeKalb - Northern Illinois University College of Law is proud to announce that The State of Illinois Appellate Court for the Second District will convene and hear oral arguments in the Francis X. Riley Moot Court Room at the NIU College of Law on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 at 10:00 a.m.  Following the arguments, a reception will be held in the Thurgood Marshall Gallery.
