NIU College of Law Hosts Visitors from Near and Far

DeKalb-Dean Leroy Pernell and the NIU College of Law welcomed Illinois Supreme Court Justice Thomas Kilbride and University Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV Professor Francis Overstake (right).  Justice Kilbride delivered the annual Francis X. Riley Lecture on Professionalism while Professor Overstake, Resident Director of the College's Comparative and European Union Law Program in Agen, France, delivered a series of lectures to the law school community.
