Professor Reynolds Named Professor of the Year

Professor Dan Reynolds has regained the coveted title of NIU College of Law “Professor of the Year” for the sixth time. Elected for the distinction by the Class of 2013, Professor Reynolds also received the honor from the Classes of 1989, 1991, 1997, 2003, and 2008.
Professor Reynolds joined the College of Law faculty in 1982 and primarily teaches in the areas of professional ethics and conduct, contracts and legal history. He is co-director of the College’s Summer Study Abroad Program at the University Montesquieu-Bordeaux IV in Agen, France. During his tenure at the College, Professor Reynolds also has served as interim dean and associate dean. Professor Reynolds was the assistant reporter to the American Bar Association's "Kutak Commission," which drafted the new code of ethics for American lawyers, the Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
