Susan Ritter is Executive Director for the newly created Office of Patient Experience at the University of Chicago Medicine. The office brings together existing operations involving patient relations and patient satisfaction reporting and analysis. Before joining the University of Chicago Medicine, Ritter was the Senior Director of Patient Experience, Service Excellence and Guest Relations at the University of California San Diego Health System. She has also worked as Director of Service Excellence and Language and Cultural Services and as Coordinator of Service Excellence for Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center at Banner Health, as well as Patient Services Coordinator of Education for Banner Desert Medical Center. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, concentrated in Applied Management, from Grand Canyon University.
