Samantha Brown
About Samantha: I have been swimming since I was 9 years old. I also climb rocks, snowboard, and compete in triathlons. I also went on a mission to Mexico, providing basic living supplies to residents.
Previous Legal and/or Professional Experience: I have worked on various political campaigns, including the John McCain and Sarah Palin presidential campaigns and the Bobby Shilling campaign. I was also a legislative analyst for a medical company, where I studied the legislative effect of new health care plans.
What activities are you involved in? As an undergrad, I was on the debate team, was in College Republicans, and participated in the Politics Club. I want to be a legislator someday. I also have a great interest in constitutional law and corporate law.
What do you like about being at NIU Law? I have enjoyed the environment at NIU Law, and I have been surprised that everybody is here to help each other.
