Joshua Smentek
Previous Legal and/or Professional Experience: I lived in Colorado, and I worked for Auto-Owners Insurance as a branch claims representative for two years, doing torts and negligence cases. I also participated in mediations, settlements, and depositions.
What activities are you involved in? I enjoy snowboarding, whitewater rafting, and biking. I also enjoy reading business books and current events literature. I plan to join the Criminal Law Society and the Delta Theta Phi fraternity on campus. I am also interested in possibly pursuing a career in sports and entertainment law.
