Elizabeth Weir
About Elizabeth: My sister and I are first generation college graduates.
Previous Legal and/or Professional Experience: I have worked since I was 15 and even worked during my undergraduate career. I also interned with the Woodford County State’s Attorney’s Office.
What do you like to do in your spare time? I enjoy playing tennis. As a volunteer, I assist organizations that raise money for St. Jude Children’s Hospital. In my free time, I also enjoy playing tennis.
Why did you choose NIU Law? The location and the variety of practical skills courses were selling points in my decision to attend NIU. I was also very interested in the study abroad program in Agen, France.
