805, Section 4 Foreclosure Mediation Clinic (4)
Provides students the experience of representing clients in foreclosure mediation proceedings. This clinic focuses on developing mediation advocacy and negotiation skills. Students are expected to devote a significant number of hours each week to the practice experience, as determined by the faculty member responsible for each clinical offering. Additionally, students participate in a classroom component taught by the supervising attorneys under whom the students are working in the field.
Prerequisite: Professional Responsibility (735)
This elective course is normally offered every year.
