601 Criminal Procedure (3)

Constitutional requirements of the criminal process, covering right to, and effective assistance of, counsel and preadjudication police practices, including arrest, search and seizure, electronic eavesdropping and secret agents, entrapment, interrogation, pretrial identification procedures, and the exclusionary rule.

This is an elective course. Most, though not all, electives are offered each year. Students may expect to have at least one opportunity to subscribe to all electives at some time in their three years in the college.
