An introduction to the process of legal research. Techniques of using both manual and computer assisted legal research tools are taught. Beginning with analyzing a factual situation in order to develop a legal research strategy, students will learn how to locate and use secondary sources, case law, statutory and legislative history material, and administrative regulations.
