Riley N. Oncken is a sole practitioner in Sycamore, Illinois, where he has practiced since 2004. He is licensed to practice in Illinois State and Federal courts. Riley was elected to the DeKalb County Board in 2008, where he presently serves on the Economic Development, Law & Justice, Rules, and Jail Planning Committees. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Sycamore Rotary Club and was elected President for the 2014-2015 year. Riley attends Christ Community Church and is a volunteer on the creative arts ministry team. He is married to Heather and they have two daughters, Mia and Quinn. He has lived in Sycamore since 2003.
