Biography

David H. Keay graduated from Luther College, Decorah, Iowa, with a Bachelor of Arts in 1973 and from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 1980.

He is a principal in the firm of Keay & Costello, P.C. in Wheaton, Illinois.

He served on the Northern Illinois University College of Law Alumni Council between 1988 and 1994, serving as its president between 1988-1990.
